My friend parked his car for about a half hour after business hours (circa 11 pm) & got his car towed. What kind of apartment complex doesn't have visitor parking? Oh and forget having any kind of get together on weekends. The neighbors will call the cops on you. We had a "party" with 10 people once & the neighbors called the cops on us. The noise level was not unreasonable. The apartments themselves are cute, the location is convenient but I guess the trade off it is that social interaction with friends is frowned upon here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Kiss your deposit goodbye and prepare for the extra fees…read more Absolutely horrific experience do not move here. I've rented before in many places and never had such a bad experience moving out, don't be fooled by the $250 deposit for they will nitpick everything to try to maximize the money they get back. Oddly enough, I've rented at other places that did have low deposits, but usually if you pay the cleaning fee, they're a little more lenient on charging you for every little thing. Yes, the community is decent even though at times our neighbors could get loud never nothing out of control the pool I will say at times on the weekends does get a little like a college spring break especially on holidays but even then wasn't enough to keep me completely dissatisfied because the location is great And the apartment is decent. What really made this a terrible experience was moving out not only did we pay for the extra cleaning fee when we move out but we left the apartment spotless Didn't leave one piece of furniture inside the place covered up every patch and hole In the wall and everything was working perfectly. Somehow now, they are trying to charge us $650 for all sorts of different damages that we can't even really tell what it is on the Breakdown they sent us and of course it puts me and my wife in a tough spot because If you don't pay these things, they will go after your credit. I'm uploading pictures of how I left the apartment so you can see what we're being charged and hopefully you don't have to experience what we did. I also regret not going to the walk through and Leaving the keys in the apartment, which they told us we could do, because then would've been harder to say certain things didn't work. I am so disappointed how they've handled the situation this is deplorable. We never made a fuss in that apartment and treated it like our home and left that place Immaculate only for them to shake us down for $650 which we've paid. And not even sure what doesn't work because we checked and everything was working perfectly fine before we left.

Have been a resident of Hallandale Beach, Florida for several years now and I find it to be quite…read morerelaxing and family friendly. It is not as crowed and hectic as Hollywood beach or sunny isles. I have lived in the City of Miami for most of my life and decided to travel further North in search of a peaceful non-confrontational atmosphere. Who knew that just a few exits up on I-95 would make the difference. I even find my commute back and forth more relaxing and less stressful. I had gotten used to hearing the sirens and high-speed chases cluttering the city streets of Miami. I can barely hear cars traveling even when trying to from my building. Hallandale Beach offers shops and restaurants at your fingertip and has proven to be a great city to be a part of. Gulf stream park is very close near by where you can Shop, dine, gamble and party all in one place. The city really cares about its infrastructure and residents. They have been putting a tremendous amount of work to make sure the city looks great at all times. The area I live in currently is very close to all the shopping plazas and also extremely safe. Hardly any criminal activity happens around my neighborhood if any. The city is always clean and organized. Lately, the city has been renovating all their public parks and even built a brand new community center/park for everyone to enjoy sports and indoor activities. Although traffic those get heavy during the snowbirds season, its maneuverable. I can say with great pleasure that recommend anyone that enjoys living calm and with diversity to look into finding a residence in the city of Hallandale Beach. Great place for anyone that enjoys a great life style.
