This company sells landscaping supplies. I ordered a case of garden planters costing over $100…read moreonline. The online order went through after I put in all my credit card information. I had a very time sensitive project requiring the arrival of the pots in a timely manner. After a week a called up the company asking where the pots might be and they told me that the pot order never went through....Evidently it does not matter that I have a confirmation email. They did not call me or send me an email that the order did not go through or explain why a confirmation email does not confirm anything....I can only assume that if you have a small order they really don't care about you as a customer. If you have a large order, go ahead and order, you will probably get better service, I know this is a large company. Update: The owner did call me back and explain the confirmation email does not confirm the order just that they received the order. I also got the impression he would have expressed a new order out if I had asked him so I raised the rating from 1 to 3 stars.
