Quick, complete, friendly and competent service within two hours of a phone call at less than a third of the cost of my other guesstimate from a Denver based large company. We have a very noisy second garage door opener in our two car garage so we will be calling Access again I am sure!

Hold down the garage button built in the garage to override Her 2 guys showed up and tweeted slightly and I asked for spray in rails silicone it took less than 10 minutes. The lady quoted 0-50$ because I'm 70 years old it would take such little time. The guy talked up a storm about a competitor ad stuck to my wall above opener. Talked about everything. My point is - job could have been done in less time. 100$ Yes 100$ after office quoting price. Too high for job !!

The morning of our appointment, Todd contacted me to see if they could come early and arrived shortly after that. After quickly assessing the damage, he repaired it to being 100% functional in no time at all. ( The repair was exactly what he thought it would be based on our previous conversation.). I am a customer for life and will recommend him to anyone in need of garage door services! He was professional! Knowledgeable! Top notch customer service! And prices couldn't be beat! Contact Grizzly for your garage for needs! You won't regret it! Thank you!

Todd picked up…read moreright away each of the 3 times I called him this morning (while he was working another job, and he never got annoyed with me). He is super courteous, kind, communicative, and does not over promise. He said he would be at my house later the same day. I got lucky because I was near their current job and 90 minutes later my garage door torsion spring was fixed. He noticed a faulty installation of the cross bar and fixed that and lubed up my other garage door for no extra charge. Because between the two brothers (Todd and Corey) they have over 30 years experience and they work in tandem, my job only took 15 minutes to complete. They are a well-oiled machine. Todd is the guy you talk to, and Corey is the silent one. Both are very nice. Because my job was actually easier than he thought it would be, he charged me less than initially quoted on the phone. It is so rare to see that kind of honesty and customer care these days with inflation and trouble finding skilled labor. PLEASE NOTE: the phone number to reach them through Yelp will reach them after pressing 1, but it is not a phone number owned by them. Likely it's a Yelp number used to count inbound calls. There real phone number can be found through Apple or Google maps app. For your convenience it is 970-301-2317. Also, the service area shown by Yelp is smaller than their actual service area. I live in SE Fort Collins and they didn't flinch at coming to help me. They went on a call to Loveland after finishing my job. Finally, I have never ever commented on other Yelp reviews, but I really cannot understand any of the 1-star reviews. The one by Mike W is especially suspicious in that he has only written 2 reviews, trashing Grizzly Garage, but fawning over Raynor Garage. Having actually met the Grizzly guys (Todd and Corey), they are not sexist, they are not rude, they are not flaky. They are the exact opposite of those criticisms. I have no affiliation with them, except that after today I am a lifelong loyal fan of theirs. They deserve 6 Yelp stars. Use them, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Boulder Garage Door had excellent service at a reasonable price. The technician responded to my…read morefirst call very quickly and thoroughly went over my needs and wants. He even helped fix a broken part right on the spot so that I was assured my old door would "stay alive" until the installation. This extra service during just a sales call was incredibly nice and appreciated. I've had my new door for about six weeks now and - seriously - I rarely leave reviews but I am simply so happy with this door. The installation tech was amazing: skilled, efficient and respectful of my property, leaving the job site clean. The door itself functions very well with features that exceeded my expectations: battery back-up for power outages is on top of my list, but other small conveniences such as the automatic overhead light (which my cat appreciates) and its smooth and quiet motor. While the mechanical features were integral to the door product itself, it was the excellent service that made Boulder Garage Door a stand-out. Recommended.
