The equipment is great. I loved the turf that spanned the entire length of the gym. Multiple platforms, squat racks, and benches. Loved how much equipment and room there was for Olympic lifting. It was a gi class, though a few students were still waiting on their gis, which was totally understandable given the timing. The environment was very beginner-friendly, but even as a black belt I found a lot of value in the instruction. The instructor clearly knows his stuff and does an excellent job teaching fundamentals with meaningful details. His style has a noticeable catch-wrestling influence, which gave the techniques a unique and practical feel that I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his students--he kept a watchful eye on everyone, emphasized safety, and offered solid tips throughout class. What really stood out to me was the vibe of the gym. It has an old-school feel, almost like a classic boxing gym. Not one of those high-end, ultra-modern white gyms--but honestly, that's exactly what I like. It felt cozy, laid back, and authentic, like a place where real practitioners want to train. The mats were clean and in good condition, which obviously matters. Everyone there was welcoming and warm, and the class structure was solid: traditional warmups, focused drilling, and quality instruction. I can easily see this school growing as more people discover it. If you're looking for a laid-back, old-school jiu-jitsu environment with thoughtful instruction, this place is definitely worth checking out.

Gotta few tanning beds if you tired of looking like marshmellows, if you can't tone it, tan it. The free weights are really nice, they fit in your palm in a way that is very comfortable. As a normal gym it gets pretty crowded around 5:30-6. They also don't care if you come in there after your pre-gym cigarette, won't say a thang! Seems to be a good group of workers there, and the owner is a purty nice guy. In ending my review I can say this place has changed my life. I used to have dominos on speed dial, 5:01, right after work I was calling in for pizza. Now at 5:01, I'm lacing up my brooks and heading to 24/7 to get fit. My fiancé left me after I hit the 500 pound mark, and now that I'm down to a strapping 218, I got females flocking left, right, back and center. Thanks 24/7 for getting me all deez baddies!
