BUYERS BEWARE! I used 3 guys and a bus for our wedding on 10/22/22 and they sent us a bus with…read morebroken AC and inoperable windows (only 2 windows could be cracked opened on the entire bus). The bus driver felt so bad as it was 80 degrees out and the bus was extremely hot upon boarding it. She tried to call the company but she got no where. The AC had quit working when she was on her way to pick us up. We were able to help her get the AC going for about 10 minutes before it broke down again. We only had AC for about 10 minutes for the 2 hour bus trip. We had 3 small children on the bus with us and they got extremely crabby from being so hot. We were able to crack a couple of the windows open, however most of the windows would not open and everyone was hot and miserable. We called a few days after the wedding and Stacy with 3 guys and a bus was not compassionate at all. She offered $50 back out of the $800 that we paid. It was rather insulting, we thought maybe she was not understanding the damper this put on our after the ceremony pictures as we had a 20 minute drive to the first stop. We tried to relay this to Stacy a second time and again was offered the $50. We had asked for $200 of the $800 back and asked for the owners contact information after the second time of being offered $50, Stacy then came back and said she spoke with the owner and they were now offering $100. This was a ton of back and forth and disheartening that Stacy AND the owner felt this bad experience was only worth $100 when we paid $800 for a dependable and reliable bus for our very special day. We are leaving this review for the public in hopes to spare someone else of this same experience. If you decide to go with 3 Guys and a bus for your special occasion, I suggest asking them to provide some type of guarantee that you will have heat and AC on the bus, especially if you will be using it for 2 hours like we did. I can't stress enough that If you want to hire someone that is concerned about the outcome of your special occasion, I highly suggest looking into a more reputable company.

Very disappointing considering music is a major reason you purchase a party bus. Would not recommend them to anyone as their management team was difficult to work with after the issues we experience. The day came and the bus was to pick us up at 4pm from Reynolds, IL to have us to our reception by 6. 4:30 rolls around and the bus was not there to pick up the wedding party. None of the numbers we found to contact we're answering so we resorted to facebook messenger to try and get a hold of someone. They immediately messaged back asking for a contact number. They called under a restricted number and were incredibly rude on the phone stating that their driver still hadn't left Davenport and they'd consider a partial refund and call to see if their driver was on his way. Fast forward another few minutes and they have not called back so we messaged again. Read it and no response. So, we waited as long as we could and sent another message asking for a response as we would need to find rides for 30 people who had been drinking. They called back finally and said they can't find a driver and gave us the run around ultimately ending in us scrambling to find rides for everyone and get to the reception on time. Though they did end up refunding our money I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Standing up a bride and groom on their wedding day and adding more stress to an already hectic day is unacceptable. Not to mention the rudeness of the man who said he was the owner on the phone.
