This was by far and away my best experience with a locksmith ever. We had a slight emergency where…read morethe door became stuck in the locked position. I called him around 10 and he met me at the house at 1. After we made our way across the roof and inside through a window, he got to work quickly. Within 15 minutes he had replaced the locking mechanism. That was not quite good enough, the door was slightly crooked after the condo settles, so he went to work on the deadbolt to make it fit correctly. after grinding that out we were all set. He may not accept anything besides cash but he didn't charge for his labor. A half hour after arriving we were on our way with a perfectly functioning door.

My hat's off to Bruce and his good work ethics and business. While I was out of town we lost power…read moreto our detached garage and unfortunately the keys to the locked side doors were inside the garage. My wife who was home trying to get to work called several different Bozeman Business's that claimed to be Emergency Locksmiths, 24 hour response etc. and none of them answered or even called back for that matter. So when she got to Bruce's website and called him before his shop opened he came right out and opened the door for her. While leaving and squaring up payment he advised that AAA might reimburse us for the payment, and sure enough he was right! My only regret is there was no cash on hand to tip Bruce. If I can push any business his way I certainly will! With Bruce in town I'm surprised there are any other locksmiths
