My wife who was home trying to get to work called several different Bozeman Business's that claimed to be Emergency Locksmiths, 24 hour response etc. and none of them answered or even called back for that matter. So when she got to Bruce's website and called him before his shop opened he came right out and opened the door for her. While leaving and squaring up payment he advised that AAA might reimburse us for the payment, and sure enough he was right! My only regret is there was no cash on hand to tip Bruce.
