He left without any business due to his honesty which was very much appreciated after hearing various stories from other larger companies with thousand of dollar quotes. We are fully trusting Ash and will only call him next time we need wildlife assistance. Bigger companies are not always better and Bat and Wildlife Solutions is for sure the way to go!!

Once, we received notification of service taking place some hours before the time they had texted. At the third session, no one from MWS turned up. My husband called, and again was told he was in the wrong, with no apology and no offer to schedule our final trap check.
