Ash confirmed that there was minimal bat droppings, no active bats and therefore did not need either service. He actually went on the roof to assess and found no entry points. He left without any business due to his honesty which was very much appreciated after hearing various stories from other larger companies with thousand of dollar quotes. We are fully trusting Ash and will only call him next time we need wildlife assistance. Bigger companies are not always better and Bat and Wildlife Solutions is for sure the way to go!!

Otherwise he was helpful and very responsive prior, thats what's odd. So I will have to hire someone else. Thats inconvenient because he got to know my situation and I on the other hand got to know what his plans were for my issues. He claimed he was getting busy, but it was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Since he didn't respond I had to go ahead and have the Masonry men upset the whole area he was baiting, which wasn't the desired outcome. It might make things far worse for me in doing so, but 4 calls and 3 texts, no response. Too late to hire someone else before the burrow is disrupted.

The company I went with called as soon as I posted the question and gave me a price for an inspection which would apply to the treatment IF a treatment was needed. treatment price would depend on what they found during the inspection. When I went back to check on the estimate from Bugzilla, there was no mention of an inspection prior to treatment or what the treatment would entail, just a price which seemed very high to me. Cons: The person in the office has been VERY unpleasant to deal with on multiple occasions. When we received a text saying what time to be at the property, we were always there on time. Once, we received notification of service taking place some hours before the time they had texted. My husband called to say that wasn't possible because there was no one there to let them inside, and was read the riot act saying they would never have set an appointment at the time given in the text. Then why was it sent to us? She didn't know - it was our problem. We showed the text to the technician who also waved it away and offered no apology. We scheduled 3 sessions to check the trap. At the third session, no one from MWS turned up. My husband called, and again was told he was in the wrong, with no apology and no offer to schedule our final trap check. We want to recommend the services of this company but communication and customer service have to be worked on.
