Worst company to shop or do any business with. They are so rude and yell at you just for asking a simple question. Don't waste your time or money from people who lie. I wouldn't go there even if I was paid to. Go anywhere else you'll get better products and at better prices. they are so over priced and sell just junk. They put up sale signs then say no we don't honor that then the refund they don't give and lie about the sales they do. I'm happy to go else where and meat better more helpful staff! read more

Don't waste your time with this crap hole they put prices on things and then refuse to sell it for the price they put on it and when you try to nicely talk to people they yell at you. Used to come here all the time, but surprisingly very rude to me for no apparent reason and also a 4% (!) additional charge (just because we can?) if you pay by card despite their very current technology. Also rude posted signs in the back of staff refusing to assist load large/heavy items. Not exactly a helpful environment these days. Disappointing man. read more

I do like the store but there were was something that didn't sit right with me the last time I was there. On the counter when you check out they had stickers and cards of some sort that were saying derogatory things about the president and the vice president. For example one of them was the "lets go brandon" slogan that has been a thing for a while. This wasn't something that I expected to see at a store of this kind. Made me want to just leave my stuff on the counter and leave but I just kept my mouth shut and paid for my stuff and left. Such a fantastic, unique store. My folks visit from out of town and always stop by to see what is new. Truly has something for everyone. A great place for nostalgia. I found some great deals on cookbooks that were like new. I love books, old toys, glassware, so much to see and well organized. read more

Buyer beware. Fraudulent vendor and rude female owner. Called about how to return an item that is documented to be fake and was told that all sales are final and that she was an attorney and that I should get an attorney. Asked for vendor information so that I could contact them directly and she refused hiding behind a contract and that she was an attorney. She told me to talk to her husband Mike, but then refused to take my name and number so that he could contact me and then she hung up on me. read more

I have been here a few times for the merchandise. However, I'm rating this place poor ( I'd give it less than 1 star) because of the lack of customer service and treatment. I was 15 minutes of it opening, so I waited in the parking lot. A hummer vehicle(worker?) proceeded to fast track over to me in car and honking and shouting from vehicle (vs getting out and coming to me like a normal human) told me I couldn't park here in truck. I informed her I was here to shop waiting for store to open, not parking, and have been here numerous times. She told me she didn't care, and to leave the premises in a very rude manner. Congrats you have lost a customer and anyone else who will listen. There were no parking, no trucks, or any signage in the parking lot to validate this unfortunate rude encounter. read more

my brother and I bought about $1000 dollars in sport cards from one of their vendors.the cards turned out to be counterfeits . the store owner was very uncooperative. they have some cool things in the store,but the service is awful and they can only be categorized as crooks. read more
