Violated HIPPA laws and released my son's tests to a third party without my consent or a court order.

Idiots. No help, cant listen, awful service. Just go to a real clinic. Compete waste of time dealing with such lack of intelligence.

Ask the Community - Any Lab Test Now Lubbock

Through word of mouth I heard this lab administers "lipo shots". Does anyone know what's in these? They have a menu on the counter of different "lipo" injections and amounts but no one can give you details of what's in each. Seems shady.

Liposomal means that the nutrients in the supplements become microscopically encased in a spherical fat-like particle which makes it easy for the body to absorb. Liposomal delivery can be used for supplements, drugs, vitamins, etc.

Hi: What is the cost of a paternity test?

Had intake lady take vitals then a 3 minute chat with an NP that basically just said can't help here need to talk to primary care provider. Rip off already but then followed a bill for "new balance" of $30 following week. I'd go covenant last I went was cheaper and no surprise additional billing.

If I could give no stars, I would. My daughter, 23 years old, came to this clinic on 12/10. She had…read morebeen vomiting since 12/5 and could not hold anything down. They swabbed her for Flu and Covid, both were negative. No labwork drawn, no fluids given; she was told it was viral. They gave her a shot of promethazine for the nausea. She drove herself to the clinic, and if you know anything about this medication, it will affect a person's cognitive abilities. She was told that she has 20 minutes to get home before it kicks in. She then left after 45 minutes of them getting their payment and her discharge instructions together. She still did not receive discharge instructions from them. She was high as a kite when she got home. Thank God she didn't kill herself or, God forbid, someone else. Fast forward to Friday, December 12. She had a seizure around 6AM, ambulance called, she went to the ER. She was severely dehydrated, had critically low sodium due to the severe dehydration (which caused the seizure), kidney failure (creatinine of 7.8), and liver failure (lab values in the 3,000 and 5,000 range). Obviously, she was admitted to the ICU. She ended up being intubated, having to have dialysis, amongst many other things. We are now on day 18 in the hospital and still no outlook for discharge. Would drawing labs and giving her fluids have prevented this? I'm not sure. But it sure would have been a critical step to try to prevent it. I called and talked to the assistant manager regarding the lack of care from her visit and the fact that she was given an injection of medication and allowed to drive. Got zero empathy, zero help; she was not aware of their policy about giving that medication. She didn't know what the policy was for the providers at their previous places of employment regarding the administration of this medication and how it differs from the current one. Common sense would tell anyone, if a medication affects a person's cognitive function, they should not be allowed to drive. PERIOD! If she would have had a wreck, this clinic would have been liable for that. Sorry for the long post but please, do not take your loved ones to this clinic. We got really close to losing our daughter at 23 years old. After speaking to them, they do not care. There was no concern or remorse for the situation. Find a provider that takes their job seriously and cares about patient's health and getting them better.
