You can get your vitamin D tested, receive vitamin B shots, get general wellness labs etc. We also had a remote doctor order some test tests with a kit and any lab test now drew them and sent them off for us. I went there for a drug test and the people were rude so I vowed to never come back until my job as a delivery driver brought me back when they ordered pizzas. Very rude Hispanic lady at the front. She has ZERO business being in the field. She talked in a condensing tone, gave rude looks, the moment we walked in, she had ZERO customer service skills!! She yelled at patients. Will NOT be going back!! They also jeopardized patients safety. They didn't properly clean the puncture site before sticking for blood draw, they only used the alcohol wipes to get the vein to pop up; did not wash hands between glove changes, as recommended per the CDC and TDSHS opting use hand sanitizer instead. Went to Any Lab Test Now yesterday, 3/12/18. The facility in a strip mall at 82nd and slide was a little hard to find. The facility was clean and organized, staff friendly and polite. Blood draw was good, The entrance to the shopping mall had a very deep dip off of a high crowned roadway many cars bottomed out and left scratch marks in the asphalt turning in and out. Used my debit card there to pay and it was skimmed last night for over $2000. merchandise ordered on line. I used debit there and Boltons to pay for gas. Just be aware. read more

I Went here for the first time today. The Facility is very clean you could smell the cleaner. The service was quick and painless and I'm a baby lol. I forgot the lab techs name but she was a Hispanic lady and the only one there during the lunch hour today. She was very sweet, professional and personable! I would defiantly choose this lab again if ever needed! read more

We had been given some wrong info and were under the impression that they took insurance. We sent 3 patients there to have blood drawn. Even though they were very kind to our patients, when the manager called to tell us they didn't take insurance, she was extremely rude to my receptionist. So rude, that she gave me the phone to talk to her. Again very rude. I even told her that she could have told me that in a professional way without having to be so rude. After talking to our patient, he said he was surprised how rude she was on the phone and when she hung up, she threw the phone down. Guess we won't be going there again!!! read more

The people who work at this company are EXTREMELY rude. I asked for some paperwork to apply for financial aid purposes for some medication I can not afford that keeps me alive. They acted like that was the most difficult request they had ever been given. They told me there was a "special person" who usually did that task that was not there at the time. They then told me they would need to call me back when they were less busy. I waited an entire week and did not hear back from them. I went in that next week and asked for the same thing as before. They said they were extremely busy with customers again (there were 3 people waiting total) and would need to get back with me later that day. Again, I never heard back from them. I waited ~two weeks and went back in for the same thing. They asked me what I needed specifically and I explained AGAIN. The lady helping me shook her head at me like I was the dumbest person in the world because I asked for something in a form I DID NOT KNOW they didn't provide. She then continues to ask for my last name and says they have had my paperwork for a while and someone just hadn't called me to say it was ready TWO WEEKS AGO. This place is an absolute mess and a pain in the butt to deal with. They have no sympathy for others or the personal things they are going through. I will NOT be coming back here and am GLADLY taking my business elsewhere. read more

As a small home health we needed to get our employees TB done, we set made arrangements and sent our employees over, they had no knowledge of the arrangement and had to call and coordinate again the need. As nurses we know the correct way to provide a TB test, however techniques was more of a jab into the forearm, however we all learn differently and the ladies administering test were very polite. As an administrator my issue is with a Hispanic woman who all I could see was "Manager" on her name tag. We walked in for our TB test to be read about 2 pm, there was one client in lab chair with technician and the "manager" at the front desk, myself and another nurse and no one else. We handed her our sheets and pointed to a number we had written and began to tell her "I think you have the wrong number to fax because we have received calls on our land line from a fax with yall's info a couple times this morning." This woman then said, "it wasn't me I didn't do it." in a confrontational tone, as DON I simply stated I was just trying to give her the correct info, she never once looked up at me and said let me see your arm, the nurse I was with asked her if it would be easier for us to collect copies to take to office of employees, as one of our employees had asked for a copy of hers and was yelled and told no they don't do copies, she then stated "if you'd give me a minute" mind you no one was there but us, we were not rushing and a simple "no we have to fax it" would have been fine, or a "I'm sorry yes let me get the right fax number, so that it can be corrected". The whole time she was rude, acted rushed, and not once looked us in the face which understandably is some peoples personalities but there was no need for the unprofessional behavior, and our owner has been informed and we will not use them as a lab ever again. I asked for corporate's number and a cell phone was given to us, a message was left but on line there is no email or other number to contact someone. Overall this lab is easily comparable to the dollar store . read more
