The main attorney is never available and always is busy apparently weeks at a time. They have a timekeeper that they refer to that makes all the charges and non of them make sense, they just tackle on more and more money on to your case. They also try to collaborate with the opposite attorney to make the case stretch even further, so you can't find a resolution asap.
