Found this cute little shop while walking around. The owner Leah is super friendly and…read moreknowledgeable of brands. She has a huge collection of vintage luxury bags and shoes. A lot of the items at her shop are in very good condition & almost new at a decent price. Your items are also listed online. Highly recommended!

I hate bashing a small business but this place has really gone downhill with the new 'owner'. I…read moremade a special trip to drive here to look at a black Chanel bag . I drove by the shop and the 'Open' sign was turned off , but I thought I'd park and check to see if they changed their hours. Turns out they were actually open despite looking dark and not having their sign lit up (I can't stand when businesses do this, what's the point of having an open sign if you don't have it on ?!?!). I walked in and the owner and I believe her son were behind the register chatting, they looked up and said hi, and turned back to each other to have their normal conversation which didn't really seem completely appropriate. Anyway I wondered around the store for about 3 full minutes without any further conversation or 'can I help you'. I would think seeing as how this is a small 'luxury' shop, you would want to give people a 'luxury' shopping experience. This isn't Walmart. Get out from behind the register, be friendly, engage with your customers and actually attempt to make a sale- isn't that the point of your business? You actually have to make an effort if you want people to spend $1k+ at your shop and provide superior customer service. I wanted the bag but I left without purchasing it. It's about 2 months later and I still see it for sale. Mark my words- this place will be out of business soon.
