We have been enjoying visiting this local used book store, roughly once a month. They got us hooked…read moreon a series of books, and we keep stoping by to see if they have the next one in the series available. After all, the library does not have absolutely everything! The store is following COVID protocols. The staff is warm and friendly, and knowledgeable. They have oodles of books, with a kids section of the shop, as well as a variety of movies. Recently, because of the holidays coming up, they have been selling groups of a dozen books all individually wrapped, as an "advent calendar" of books, containing such things as Archie comics. To encourage kids to read. This book store has a Facebook page as well, to advertise what they are doing in the wss as y of special events. And watch for the adorable guard-cat :-)

Staff are rude and horrendous to customers they will accuse you of stealing and start yelling at you to leave. They will threaten to call police on you when they have no proof and ban you from coming in the store.What makes it even worse is they have no security cameras to prove you did anything or stole anything which is totally bullshit. If I am accused of something and threatened to go to jail I want proof from security cameras of me stealing. Oh wait there are none. A good comic book store to go to is myth and legends on bank street much better store prices are great and I love the staff there super friendly and helpful best store in town love it there.This store should be shut down for good before more people get banned for no reason!

In fact, there must've been a promotion going on, since my friend who doesn't play was given a free draft booster, probably in an attempt to keep the noble tradition alive. The other stuff you can get are varied. You have comics (evidently) in the style of manga and western graphic novels. I also noticed some magazines and art books. Aside from these are some interesting board games, apparel, figurines, action figures, and miscellaneous accessories. There's also a place for games; I saw people playing with cards (likely also Magic). The store is completely judgment-free, so don't worry if you feel like you stick out. The staff here are very friendly and will help you find what you need.

They have consistently been doing things like this in the past. They have also not honored online transactions claiming "It's out of stock" when confirming through calls or emails afterwards because the product went up on the secondary market and they wanted to be able to mark them up as well cancelling the order. Scalpers and unethical. I don't know how they're staying in business.

There are plenty of honest, ethical comic book dealers in the capitol region; no reason to shop here.

I am not well versed in most of the stuff. We took a personal tour of the store to show me everything he had related to the one topic I said I was looking for as a gift. He's got a lot of good ideas and seems like he can also order anything he may not have at the time. Note he also runs a website which I'm pretty sure has a wishlist feature, so check this out as well! I'm really happy this store came to the mall. It's a great shopping store. He also had a cute tie-in for the kids with the mall Santa over the holidays. I had no idea what one i was looking for and needed help. I waited for twenty minutes while the clerk discussed Mexico, writing papers for university and every other topic unrelated to the store with another customer, while I waited in plain sight. The clerk clearly knew nothing of customer service. I will not be returning to entertainment ink and recommend anyone who is looking for quality service to avoid this store.
