Kind of a mess, but still filled with a few unique items…read more I had no idea this place existed until a few weeks ago. My husband and I were driving past it and turned around to stop in since it's an antiques shop and, well, we love vintage/antiques, so we figured there was no harm in taking a look. Honestly, it didn't look like much from the road and I can see why it was so easy to bypass without noticing it. It's located in a pretty nondescript strip mall with no discernible landmarks near it to mark the location. If you didn't pay attention, you'd pass right by without a second look, so definitely make certain to slow down and look for the sign, which isn't very visible at all. Seriously, may I suggest that the owner invest a better sign or something? The best thing about this store was the collectible Barbie collection in the back. If I wasn't really looking, I would never have noticed it. It was tucked far away into the back room in a corner. In that dusty, hidden corner was a treasure trove of limited edition collectible Barbies, still in their boxes, unused and untouched. Most of the boxes were still in pretty good condition, too. On that particular day, the store was having a one-day only sale on certain ones. It was more like a blowout sale- certain special edition Barbies were marked down to $5 each! I don't know, but whatever, I wasn't about to ask questions. I thought the sale price was too good to be true, especially after looking the Barbies in question up on Ebay, etc. I didn't hesitate and bought two right then and there. Both are valued at about $75-$85 online, so it was a bargain. The rest of the store was fairly organized, but the pricing was all over the map. Some things (china, Barbies, ephemera, vinyl, toys) were priced lower than I'd expect, though other things (Star Wars collectibles, jewelry, furniture) were priced higher than some things were actually worth. Quite a few things weren't clearly priced and I had to ask the manager/owner about them. I hate doing that. Just slap a clear price tag on it and leave it at that. Other than the Barbie collection, it was mostly furniture and a lot of Star Wars memorabilia. I don't care about that, but apparently the owner did. Truth be told, it felt a bit like a Star Wars convention in there, which isn't my cup of tea. I can't stand the Star Wars movies, however, to each his own. Customer service was a little lacking. The only employee in there (owner or manager???) seemed kind of cold and aloof, not rude necessarily, but a little more on the unfriendly side than most antique shop owners. Usually, they want to chat with you, however, not this guy. Nope, not at all. We received kind of a frosty reception when we walked in, like we were interrupting something. Maybe he was really busy doing something when we stopped by, I don't know. I do know that when I asked if he had a tissue so I could wipe some dust off my hand (the place was a little dusty, like many antique shops and flea markets), he sort of looked at me like I was interrupting him and he just pointed at a box of tissue behind the counter. Hmm, okay. Despite the semi-cold response from the guy behind the counter, we still picked up a few items (collectible Barbies and some vintage bar ware) that we wanted, but overall, I'd say there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing. It's still worth a look.

This is an absolute wonderful shop with a great pair of guys running it.They are very welcoming and…read moregave me a tour of the complete store. I look forward to returning.

My boyfriend and I pawned a set of Duralast 32 piece toolset on July 11 2019. The whole set was…read morecomplete. My boyfriend went to pick up the toolset today August 8, 2019 and the bag where the toolset was kept was ripped open and the toolset was unfortunately being used by employees. Tools were missing from the toolset. Three to be exact. My boyfriend was very upset and questioned about his missing tools. Markus, the employee he was dealing with, replaced the missing tools with cheaper tools and took my boyfriend's money. My boyfriend told Markus that his toolset was a complete set and now it is not a complete set. Markus didn't have much to say but another employee spoke up and said he is embarassed and apologized. My boyfriend said he didn't think anyone was supposed to mess with the tools. My boyfriend was upset. I called Markus after my boyfriend got home. Markus laughed about the whole situation when I questioned him and I told Markus I didn't think it was funny. Markus told me that my boyfriend was satisfied when he left and now when he gets home he is not. He said he will replace the tools if he has to buy them himself. We will be returning to the store tomorrow afternoon and hopefully they will make it right. They took money for an incomplete toolset that they returned to my boyfriend and tools that were not even my boyfriend's tools. We plan on calling an attorney for a free consultation to find out my boyfriend's rights on money that was taken from him and property that was stolen from him. My boyfriend needs to have his property returned to him or have it replaced immediately. He is out property plus money! This is not the way to run a business and not the way to treat customers. I am very disappointed.

Really cute little home decor store I found merely by chance…read more. We stopped in after having business to do in the area and were delighted by this beautiful and whimsical little shop, which has lots of cute home decor, accessories, DIY rehabbed furniture, antiques, craft paints, jewelry, and much more.. I had no clue it was here til I saw the front window display with such charming items, which visually drew my eye, that I had to stop in. My husband and I shopped around a bit, saw many cute things we thought would look great in our redecorated sunroom, and chatted with the owner, who is super friendly, knowledgeable and nice..she carefully wrapped up my purchases, including some ceramic pieces and some vintage jewelry and mentioned they have DIY furniture/craft paint classes during non business hours, too- I dint know how much those cost, but the classes sounded interesting and I think we'll delve into that a tad more. We're both huge DIY furniture flip types, and rehabbing and painting (or just sprucing it up) old antiques and worn out furniture kinda is our thing now.. lol..if you're a "Flea Market Flip" or "Shabby Chic" type of fan, the restoration style of the merchandise here might be your thing. I know I was a kid in a candy store after finding this little retail gem.. and I didn't even know it was here. If you like country core aesthetic, rustic/modern, shabby chic or farmhouse design, you might like the stuff they have here. It's a little store yet there's a lot to see.. Prices were pretty moderate and the selection is quite varied, with great customer service (which is difficult to come by in the world of retail). I'll definitely shop here again.
