She doesn't really greet me, the interaction feels kind of quiet and awkward, and there's no real effort to make conversation or ask if you need help. I often feel rushed when I'm there. I've also noticed the owner will step in sometimes to greet or talk during my transactions with her, which makes the difference in customer service stand out even more. On my last visit, my significant other asked for an item and she grabbed it, then immediately went to the register even though I was still looking at the vapes. He had to tell her we weren't done looking yet. It felt like we were being rushed instead of being able to finish shopping.
