Hands down the worst club I have ever been to. Likely will remove this comment as they remove any…read morenegative comments. Parents have lived here for two years, the only staff worth mentioning are the ones who maintain the property as it's beautiful. But a beautiful property doesn't mean much when the staff is terrible. Why is it always the managers who have the worst attitudes? I used the gym as a guest (dad has Parkinson's so I am helping my mom out, as I work remotely) for a few weeks. The woman at the front desk would not return good mornings, have a nice day, literally glared at me daily Was actually told to leave the property with a guest pass around my neck after two weeks of using the facility. If you have any intention of letting guests of yours use the facility. Think again. Go elsewhere.

I walked in and security advise me what to do. Empty everything in a bucket and walk through the metal detector. The police officer was nice and told me where to go. The lady at the first window helped me. I forgot her name but she was amazing. Answered all my questions and provided the clarification I needed. The only thing sucks is I have to wait maybe a month or two until I receive the ticket to even do anything about it. Other than that, hopefully I'll never have to come here again, lol. While I entered, a lot of people were leaving due to jury duty. The establishment was nice and clean, very quiet. Had chairs to sit but I mostly wandered around.

After its completion, the new bridge was named the "Senator John A. Nejedly Bridge" in his honor. In 1979, nearby land was acquired for the Antioch/Oakley Regional Shoreline with the support of Nejedly, and it was Nejedly's suggestion that some of the old bridge's pillars be used for what is now a fishing pier." I remember this bridge being wooden and very rickety. I also remember my parents letting me pay the toll person handing them 50cents through the car window! Then $1...then $2 and so on. Now the toll is a crazy $5 dollars. I'd think the bridge was paid for by now. On the Sherman Island side there is no toll. And that's where you used to be able to park your car then walk along the path under the bridge and up to the water at Mayberry Slough and put your poles in the water and fish. Not anymore.
