Jason said he would apply a salve to the trees when he came back. They missed the appointment and did not come back for 3 weeks. When they returned, they failed to double mow, leaving stripes of the dead grass in the yard. I called him to say this needed to be fixed and he hung up on me. Here is a list of the plants they injured or killed: Grape vine on a trellis, button bush (3 feet tall) surrounded by mulch, a fig tree (3 feet tall) sourounded by mulch, strawberry plants, surrounded by a small wooden fence, 2 apple trees with white plastic bark covering: these were weed whacked through injuring the bark. That said, the first 2 times they came, they did a GREAT job. It seems they have hired some people that are unqualified.

At the inspection, I could tell from the nimble way Mr. Kegley climbed the ladder to my roof that he was a seasoned roofer. They were on time, reasonably priced, tidy, and did a great job on my roof. Fast forward 15 years. I discovered a leak in my living room ceiling and traced the leak to a seam between the main roof and the porch roof. I called up Antietam and asked for help. They called the next day and had someone swing by to check on it, who fixed the couple of nail pop-ups that caused the leak. No charge. I followed up with him about a week later having not heard anything about my payment or scheduling. That is the last I've heard from him and I've reached out countless times via voicemail and text message asking for a refund or a scheduled appointment. Now I'm out $400 and he's not responding to me. I'm an idiot for trusting this company and the reviews, and paying the invoice for quoted work. Such a shame that businesses like this could operate in such a way. We will be following up legally if we do not receive our refund. Do the right thing.
