Eventually, she brought me the lemon, and then I paid. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and came across as rude. The Panino #8 was really good and I enjoyed it, but it could definitely use a lot more pistachio sauce. I'd recommend asking for extra when you order because the flavor is great...it just needs more of it. Overall, the food has a lot of potential, especially if you make a couple of small adjustments to your order. I just wish the customer service had matched the quality of the food.

We were asked if we wanted sharp provolone and we both jumped on that. I'm tired of the wimpy provolone at home. He grabbed a fresh roll and made the sandwich up right in front of us.
