I was scared and afraid of what it all meant. I woke my wife up and told her I needed to see someone. She asked, "like a therapist?" I had never seen one before but quickly said "yeah." After a quick google search, I found Jenny. It was really simple to book some time with her and it was the beginning of our adventure in what we call life. After the first meeting, she was able to work with me on some of the major roadblocks that were stopping me from moving forward. We discussed my life goals, my relationships with my parents and grandparents, our children and many other subjects. After the first meeting, I knew she was special and was able to help me see through the forest of vast confusion. I ended up seeing her for around 6 months and have been back a couple times for a check-in. I will never be able to repay her for her brilliant work and what she has done for not only me but for my family and the thousands of other people I have ended up helping along the way through my personal life and my businesses. A couple years ago our daughter was told she needed to see a psychologist for a couple different anxiety reasons and once again we reached out to Jenny. We simply felt like Jenny would be there to listen openly and understand where our daughter was coming from. Once again after several meetings, she delivered as promised. We spoke to a couple other therapist and realized not all of them are the same but if you are looking for someone who is honest, dependable and can take a situation and really break it down for you, myself and my family really feel like Jenny is one to try. She has helped us out and can help you out as well!

As a child, I remember going through some rough patches, as many children do. My parents' relationship, my pre-teen years, my own physical and mental health, etc. She was also my Girl Scout troop mom. I couldn't have chosen anyone better for that position in my life. There are so many parts of my childhood that stand out, some I would like to forget about, some that helped mold me to be the person I am today. Many of these memories, I can't help but to remember Jenny being there for me. Without judgement. Without any biased opinion (being that she had children the same age as me, who were my classmates). I never felt more comfortable speaking to someone in confidence, the way I did with Jenny. Even my own counselor, that didn't last very long after a couple visits. Jenny has always been the kindest of souls, with the utmost compassion. I would recommend her to ANYONE, if even to just have a talk over coffee if one were to be hesitant about seeking therapy of any kind.

I have known Mary Deggelman since 2007 and I can't say enough nice things about her. I went to…read moreschool with her, and she is a phenomenal therapist. I appreciate her therapeutic orientation. She is a very skilled therapist if you need someone who is holistic. She is one of the healthiest people I know, body and mind. If you seek someone who can support you in a period of transition, growth, mourning, grief, or stagnation, she is the ideal therapist. I often recommend patients to her because I trust her judgment and theoretical orientation.

Her style of therapy was captivating to all of us and exactly what we needed. The fact that you don't sit in an office for the entire session but rather take a walk together in the fresh air really allowed us to open up. I first started seeing Mary when my daughter was in the third grade. I was searching for tools to help in our mother/daughter communication challenges. Not only did Mary provide a sense of comfort to me, but also to my daughter. It was awesome showing my daughter that I am willing to do anything to make sure our relationship stronger than ever because a mother/daughter bond is so important. Mary really helped my daughter develop ways to communicate to us and provided her a safe outlet. Throughout these sessions, Mary helped identify issues that I suppressed for years and were just surfacing when I became a parent. She identified underlying topics, helped me cope with them, and then provided tools to overcome them! She not only help me with ways to open up and heal myself but also is making me a better mom, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. My family saw such a difference in me, that they were open to the idea of therapy and had full trust in Mary. I have seen Mary for personal, couple, and family therapy! Walking and talking was the perfect therapy. When you are walking you are just talking to "as trusted person" and opening up about various topics. These tools are life strategies you take with you long after your sessions with Mary. If you are looking for someone to talk to for your self, your children, your spouse, or all of the above, I would highly recommend Mary. My entire family would say the same!!!

I did not receive a response to my phone message, so I emailed asking if they treat minors regarding a specific mental health concern and are accepting clients. After three days, I received an email from Alex: "Hello, Thank you for reaching out and for the information. One question would be which insurance you have and if you are open to private pay if we are unable to accept your insurance?" I'm sure this is a typical concern for the office, although their services and fees are clear on their website. But I'm in a difficult situation, trying to find care for my child, and instead of answering *my* question, they asked first how I would be paying. Aside from being uncaring, it's also inefficient: I'm not sure this place can do what I need. I feel like I walked into a car dealership. In contrast, other mental health facilities were very quick to wish me well, tell me what they do and don't treat, and offer to schedule the following steps to figure out logistics. It should be a big red flag for anyone looking for mental health support if your care question gets this response. Luckily, I found another therapy facility nearby that specializes in my concern, and I found treatment for my child before Del Valle had even responded. That should be your second red flag.

I definitely would not recommend them and would definitely try somewhere else.
