As Jon approached the parking lot where my vehicle was, he contacted me and asked, "Where are you standing?" I was not literally standing outside since I was not familiar with the area. I was sitting in my daughter's vehicle. So, as I attempted to explain my location to him, he began yelling, "Maam, where are you standing!" His tone and aggression were over the top, like a mad man.
