Phillip, our sales person, introduced himself as we entered and informed us about the sale prices and the layout of the store. When I reached out to the store, they told me to contact their claims department, which -- unbelievably -- only communicates by email. So if you're a senior citizen or someone who isn't comfortable using the internet, forget about getting any help! The claims department replied after a few days with what I can only describe as a rude and dismissive message. They offered me a tiny credit as compensation -- a joke, really -- but I eventually agreed to it just to get the issue resolved. However, after that, they completely disappeared and I have never received anything since then. This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Be warned before you buy anything from them -- they're quick to take your money, but when it comes to standing behind their products, it's a completely different story.
