During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. The end result was beautiful and it had been a great experience working with Serhii and his family crew! I always pick the middle grade of everything I buy. After I pick the carpet I wanted I should have googled the quality of it, but I had faith and I wish so badly. I can rip this out. I look at it every day and regret the thousands of dollars I spent. So if you go with this company review the product that you're having installed, I am so unhappy. The carpet became very mat and very aged. I've now had to put runners to cover places.
