The first time I walked in here I felt like an stranger in a strange land who rode into town, brushing the dust off my chaps and week old stubble on my face. The cutters all seem talented and my dream is to someday be sitting in the chair and in walks an outlaw trying to hold the place up and the look on their face just after they say, "Stick'em up!" and their eyes begin to survey the room and the room fills with the click of a hammers being cocked.

He told me they may continue doing this every Saturday and hope they do! In addition to the drinks for Fathers' Day weekend, I was offered complimentary nose hair waxing and eye brow trimming. I did the nose hair waxing since I have never experienced that in my 35 years of living. I couldn't believe how much better I felt like I could breathe after that. Whenever I am back in the area, I will definitely be back.

They fool around, laugh and they're enjoying life, although at times it can feel like as a customer, you're being rushed out so they can do the next appointment. There were times when my mustache wasn't aligned/cut properly or later in the day after the haircut you can notice a spot wasn't cut and all you see is fluff in the back. The only big flaw is the pricing. I understand that Jupiter is an expensive place, but if you choose to rent out the building, charging $45 for a Hair Cut with Beard Cut (not even including a tip yet) is a lot of money. It's not bad but because of the location, I think money is getting to a lot of people.

She needs to learn the basics that the customer is always right and offer to correct her mistake. She mentioned that she gave me a $40 conditioning treatment free, I did not ask for it! I would have rather have had the roots match the rest of my hair! I tipped her well and do not recommend!

They sat and waited while all four barbers (three men and one woman) were working on clients, and one barber even had someone already waiting. I stopped in a few minutes later during my work break. By then, they had been waiting about 15 minutes. The female barber finished with her client, but instead of taking the next person, she and her client stood at her station talking for another 10 minutes. When he finally left, she still didn't say a word to us and then walked into the back room. At that point, another gentleman came from the back, greeted us, and asked if we had been helped. I explained that we hadn't even been acknowledged. He apologized, and my son sat down with him. After I showed him a photo of the haircut my son wanted, he told us he wasn't great with that style and that the female barber--who had ignored us--was better at it. When I asked how long it might be, he said she had just gone on break and would be about 10 more minutes. We were willing to wait, but we could overhear her tone while she was discussing the haircut with the barber who had recommended her. We couldn't make out what she said, but the tone came across as irritated or complaining. At that point, we no longer felt welcome. Overall, the customer service was disappointing. It's unfortunate, because it seems like they're skilled barbers--but the way we were treated made us choose to leave.
