I had a challenging situation with a historic home that needed a new water main, complicated by a century of modifications to the old line. Jack went above and beyond to help troubleshoot and map out the intricate layout of the lines running to and under the home. With my background in construction, architecture, and engineering, I appreciated Jack's expertise in helping me understand this complex system, ultimately getting the water lines replaced and adding a filtration system with plans for future work. The communication throughout--from the initial estimate to the completion of the job--was phenomenal, even while I was managing the project remotely. This is the second time I've hired Sun City Plumbing & Heating, and it certainly won't be the last for my properties in my hometown of Las Cruces. Their workmanship and customer service are truly top-notch!

Vivi is straight down to business. He knows his stuff when it comes to well services. We had…read morereplaced our pressure tank ourselves and were having problems getting it up to pressure. I called him to see if he could come out and check and he gave me step by step advice over the phone (he was very patient and thorough) to see if we could resolve it ourselves. When we still couldn't get it right he came up to evaluate and replaced a gauge at no cost to see if that would work. (no charge... this man is honest) We set a date and he came with a crew and a truck with a big boom. They pulled my 200ft well in about 30 minutes, had the new pump replaced, put it all back together in about 2.5 hours! This man is down to earth, knowledgeable, and fair. He was very upfront about pricing, (we weren't sure how deep our well was, and usually these things charge by feet) but our total came out almost exactly as quoted. I cannot recommend calling anyone else but him. FIVE STAR SERVICE, LOCAL GUY, HONEST AND FAIR!

I would like to start by saying there is no option for zero stars. Had I read another users review…read moreprior then I would have stayed clear of this welding business. I had a custom rack made for .my truck and tool box that Michael Bobadilla was more than happy to take. We came up with a design agreed on a price. He asked me for a deposit, I'm assuming for the materials, in which I paid in full. I'm not sure if that's where I went wrong but it took them 3 weeks to finish a job that should have taken 3 days. He stated that there were other jobs ahead of me and I acknowledged this. However I feel as if I was put on the back burner because they were already paid and I said I had another vehicle. Communication was very poor and I was told for over a week and a half that it would be ready the next day and it kept dragging on and turning into the next day. I went as far as to bring a case a beer by to try to help the job along. Here is the issue, I went by once and found the doors unlocked and keys in the ignition, no harm I removed keys and told Michael. It was after I picked up my truck that I noticed gouges in the paint on top of the roof and around the bed. And a large amount of slag ( molten steel from the welding process) all over the roof, quarter panel windows and rear window. I told Michael the same day I picked it up, and he said he would resolve it. When I brought the truck to him he tried claiming the paint damage on the bed was either prior damage or vandalism, "he couldn't confirm that it was his employees" the window and roof is undeniable and he admitted that it was his fault. He said he would get back to me in a few days with solutions but I have since stopped recieving responses from him. Damages are in excess of $2700, back window alone was $500. I do not expect to hear back from him. I have never experienced such worthless customer service. IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ANOTHER SERVICE AROUND EL PASO AS YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Some of the welds look like they were done by high school students attempting it for the first time in shop class. IN FACT, SAVE YOUR MONEY, BUY A WELDER AND DO IT YOURSELF. You'll have less heart ache than dealing with Bobas welding. I pride myself on being a stand up citizen and all around decent person. I will make updates to this review if their are any changes or if the situation is made right.

They then pocket the money and never show up for the job. They seem very nice and sincere when you call or visit them but the job never gets scheduled. And forget about getting your deposit back. There is always a reason why they don't have the cash. These guys are fraudsters and you will lose your deposit money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I lost my deposit but it wasn't a great deal of money. My goal here is to post valid but terrible reviews about Boba's wherever I can so that they end up losing thousands of dollars of lost business and save the good people of El Paso the pain of dealing with such unprofessional con men.

Technician Jeff J. came to the house, upgraded all the plugs, rewired circuits away from one of the original (and potentially hazardous) Pacific Federal breaker boxes to the newer box outside, traced down some shorts, fixed some exposed live wiring. Jeff had a quiet competence, worked efficiently. Pleased with result. I also found it easy to work with the woman who answers the phones (sorry, didn't catch your name) and does the scheduling and billing questions. They were pretty accommodating to me for my particular situation. Will definitely consider RT Electric in the future.
