Then, the crowning (sorry!) disappointment was extremely poor handling of dental insurance claims, telling me in advance that one of the crowns would be covered, then expecting several hundred dollars in payment when--after the work was done--told me it wasn't covered. I was able to work it out with my dental insurance, with no thanks to Dr. Kim's office. The dental hygienist was very good; the chairside assistant not very friendly.

He sure did make it miserable for me. So he continued with me being in great pain!. Also when she was fitting me for my temporary crown it felt like she didn't know what she was doing. She fitted it so many times & one of the times it had to be taken out & felt like she was having a hard time taking it out to redo! It felt horrible! When I came back they still had to shape crown in place & it was painful again, & he kept going til eventually got it in place, wow it hurt so much! I have left dentist I was only with them 6 months! That was a no, so I finally said this is ridiculous, and will now find a new dentist. By the way, X-rays are a money maker for all dentists. They want to sell you on them every time you come in.
