Not only is her behavior known but Ms. Garcia thinks it's funny. Sheila Marinez (Paralegal): we went through 3 paralegals in the span of 6 months and each one had no idea what was going on with our case. Sheila was our last paralegal and we spoke to her maybe 3 times tops because every time we had an issue and called to speak to her, she was on vacation. (One can only vacation so much in a year). Nona Shikh: we met this lady once and shook her hand when she wanted our business. In the span of 6 months, we would call the law firm and ask to speak to the attorney to get updates on our case and they always said we will forward your message and have the attorney call you. On 05/31/2023 I am still awaiting that call. When we were finally ready to end our case and underwent treatment with their doctors that they do business with. Nona was quick to send a letter saying she was ready to drop us. Guess this is how this law firm makes their money, after they finish scamming people, they just drop you, and don't even have the decency to give you an explanation over the phone.
