But 4 months of "controlled" alcohol intake and a regular regimen of milk thistle (that I self-prescribed - thank you WWW!) later, the last test showed I'm pretty much back to normal. The appointment was a waste of my time for a Dr to make jokes, cash my insurance payout, while I still suffer the same symptoms. I waited three months, and 40 extra minutes to see a doctor Lin, who is obviously suffering from extreme gastric distress himself. Suggestions included: Change diet Exercise Try different types of fiber Enroll in counseling After going through the past--now five--years of changes to diet, exercise, and not getting results, I was told I would need to bring my complete medical record in. This appointment was a waste of time, no further tests were offered, and I spent 20 minutes listening to jokes about poop, being handed the same photocopied leaflets every gastroenterologist finds online, prints, and hands out. I would have been better off going to a local pharmacy for over the counter medication. At least they would advise against the Psyllium fiber Dr Lin suggested.

4 Stars - Pre-op appointment review…read more I chose this office because of the referral from my primary doctor. I arrived on time and signed in. I waited a few minutes before I was called to finalize the check-in (pay the co-pay). After another, longer wait, Jasmine called my name and walked me to the examination room. She was personable and engaging in collecting and inputting required information. After Jasmine finished, I waited 10+ minutes for Dr Reddy, and passed a portion of the time by educating myself using the interactive wall computer screen. Dr. Reddy asked questions to clarify my reason for getting a colonoscopy and explained the process at a high level. He gave me opportunity to ask questions, and then walked me to the scheduling desk. Alex (of scheduling fame I have to believe) was the star of my visit. He provided all the prep details and worked out a solution for the pending change in my insurance provides. Alex was very knowledgeable, confident, and personable, and left me with a very favorable impression of the office.

After hour and a half waiting, I asked the front des young lady if the is normal that long waiting, instead of trying to find out why it was happening, she jus asked with a cold face, "do you want to reschedule your appointment?" like we don't matter to them "is like saying "come again to waste your time" I was referred by my primary Dr. to this place, I don't have any complain about the Dr since I didn't even see him, I left fuming and very upset for the stupid attitude of the young Gen Z lady at the front desk, of course I will look for another Dr. to see if I have better luck. All this for the lack of professionalism of that young lady.

Specialists include Breast Surgery, General Surgery, Urology, Urogynecology, Hematology, and Physical Therapy. Some other health related services coming soon are Heart Care, Gastroenterology, Medical Oncology, and Spine Care. I'm not one who loves going to the doctor or shifting my schedule around at work for a bunch of doctor appointments; however, I've had no issues working with staff to coordinate an appointment for my specific needs. What's really great about this location is that if your doctor orders up bloodwork during your visit, staff can perform the bloodwork on the first floor and they can usually get you in right away. The health park is very new and it is kept spotless. There is also a coffee shop on the first floor if you need a pick-me-up while you wait or on the go. Another great thing about this location is there is an emergency room right next to this building, so if you are having an emergency you don't have to go far. All-in-all, I recommend this new facility. If you are in need of any services noted above, this might be the place for you.
