Pam was at every step of the way polite, patient, professional. friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and accessible. We had a few hiccups in the process of our purchase and Pam went literally above and beyond the scope of her responsibilities in assisting us to work through them. She always took time to patiently explain every aspect of the transaction process. She was always available to answer our many questions. On more than one occasion I told Pam that the only downside of dealing with her was that she spoiled us for everyone else we had to deal with. We could not have wanted a more pleasant, helpful escrow agent. It is with pleasure and without hesitation that I highly recommend Pam Deschuymere at Escrow Professionals.

There is a lot of Extra fees they add after the estimate they originally provide!!!! ( $150 e-docusigh archive Escrow by law is required to do, but they want you to pay for it) et.c. The Escrow office Pam Deschuymere didn't care to read the purchase agreement, just did split all the fees 50/50 in between the buyer and the seller. We were shocked to see that kind of mistakes, then more mistakes ... Then she even left the office and we were not informed, just waisted the time waiting. I am guessing there is a reason why Pam had to quit at this office. Another officer took over, kept lying to everyone involved in the purchase till we reached out to the BIA and receive the proove from BIA that Nothing was submitted and we lost another month. As of now the escrow been going over 3 ( three) months, and they just submitted the doc's to BIA, even though promised it was done a month ago. We should have just go the another escrow and could get it all done by now instead of wasting another month due to Beatrice promise/ lie that all submitted. Does it get any worse? I would Not use them even for three. They probably only for the clients who has no knowledge on the Escrow process & fees and can be easily tricked by Escrow professionals :(

My partner and I found a property ourselves on Zillow and, after attending the open house, agreed to work with Kimberely to purchase it. From the outset, Kimberely was reluctant to write an offer at the price we were comfortable with and insisted on including the furniture as a separate cash offer. She did not prepare a counteroffer for our review and failed to properly complete the paperwork required by the California Real Estate Board. Instead, she tried to pressure us with comments like, "If you look at what you are paying at $820,000 just for the house, it's a deal... Then you are getting furniture thrown in... plus a good location for the property, and the rental setup. We have only been listed 40 days. Average DOM is 65 right now, and we'll do a price reduction this next week if we can't put this together, now that I know she'll take so much less!" This approach felt like an attempt to scare us into accepting her terms as a dual agent and was highly unprofessional. Kimberely also agreed to accept a reduced commission to benefit the seller's proceeds, despite La Quinta Cove's record listings and a slow market. Having purchased over 30 properties between us, my partner and I can say with certainty that this was the worst representation we have ever encountered. We have extensive email and text documentation to support our claims. To make matters worse, Kimberely failed to include the pool in the home warranty plan, leaving repairs uncovered. When we brought this to the broker's attention, we were told it was our responsibility to catch her mistake in the insurance policy. As a closing gift, Kimberely spent $200 on two used loungers with blue cushions that stained clothes and skin, and we had to throw them away. Repeated attempts to contact Kimberely via text about these issues have gone unanswered, further demonstrating her lack of professionalism and responsibility. I am forwarding this complaint to the California Real Estate Board and will be pursuing reimbursement through small claims court. In summary, I cannot recommend Kimberely Kelly. Our experience was frustrating and costly. Don't waste your time--work with someone who values their clients and provides the professional service you deserve.

She was very patient, she did her marketing with open houses and to get the word out. I live out of town and the only time I met Gayle was on our first interview. Everything was done via Docusign, and she took care of all the repairs so I did not have to come to town to open doors or explain to the handy people what needed to be done. Our concern happened over the final days of our purchase. Most of our concerns were mostly due to opinions and interactions that other people had with Gayle. She evidently was rude to employees of the escrow company, that the sellers wanted to use, as well as to our agent, as well as the company that was hired to repair damage that the sellers did to our property during their move process. Numerous people expressed to us her rudeness and the way she handled the final process of the purchase and repair. Ultimately I feel that the way Gayle handled everything was unacceptable and less than professional.
