Dr. Cha is amazing! He's a real miracle worker. My son's teeth were especially challenging for him. He had to think out of the box on things and the results were beyond expectations. We had a bad experience with a different orthodontist before him. The other orthodontist wanted to pull 4 teeth and do oral surgery. Dr Cha was able to get my son's teeth perfectly straight without doing any of that. My family and I are eternally grateful for everything he did. We highly recommend him. He is also more than willing to help when you are in a pinch. My bottom retainer had started to crack, while I was on vacation in Northern California, and I only had a few days and a small window of opportunity to get a new impression of my teeth before heading back to Miami. I was able to make a stop at Santa Clarita, and Dr. Cha allowed me to come in without an appointment to have new retainers made. He has the most efficient practice I have ever seen and has obviously hand-picked the most skilled, proficient and friendly staff to ensure all of his patients both young and old have the best experience during the course of their treatment. I have been a patient of Dr. Cha for 8 years. I had him straightened my teeth and bite at age 46. He is a true perfectionist. He has an extremely professional office which he leads with respect. He and his staff are very friendly and make you feel like family. As a business professional I have had my share of canceling appts or rescheduling, they have ALWAYS accommodated my last minute requests. 6 months ago I broke my lower permanent retainer, Dr. Cha said "come in right away".
