We got a few plumbers out to quote and we were up for $2000-3000 to replace the heater... We got on to jetset plumbing who advised us that it was only a leaking valve! I had fallons plumbing and rtl plumbing out to fix a water hammer issue we had which was…read moreunbearable. Fallons were at our house for six hours and could not fix the issue. They charged us an extortionate amount of money and then quoted us to re-pipe our house!! We also had rtl out and after two hours without any progress or sign of progress we asked them to leave. Then we called alliance who in one hour fixed the problem! They installed a pressure reduction valve on our water main and problem solved!! Extremely easy to deal with and in hindsight would of saved us a lot of hardship and money if we called them first! The only plumbers for us from now on!

It makes it extremely difficult to trust tradesman that make promises and lead you to believe they know what they are doing and will do the right thing!

I had a major leak which meant I had to close off water to my property. Understanding I was in a bit of a bind he asked other customers if he could attend to me first. They said yes and he was over in a flash. One time he asked me if he could attend to someone else's emergency first, and I was happy to help him out. Good honest service. I've used the guy a few times now and he fixes stuff right but keep the costs reasonable. Rather than just throw away a large costly item with a broken piece, he'll look to replace just the broken piece - why? - because there is nothing wrong with rest of the equipment! He takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to do the best job he can for me the customer. I'll ring him every single time because I trust him. He has always been honest with me when I know full well he could have taken me to the cleaners if he was so inclined. (Just a little bit of knowledge with these things has shown me on a number of occasions that he is very fair, reasonable and trust worthy.) Alan.
