It's extremely difficult to get a hold of the staff or provider. They turn their phones over to the answering service quite often and early in the day (i tried calling from 2 - 3:30pm and still answering service). They don't return calls no matter how many times you call them. The only response you get is "the provider is in clinic". That would be the whole day. When they refer you to the outpatient surgery center, that's a whole different nightmare.
