I took my bike in for their $120 diagnostic service. My bike was sitting for a year it wouldn't start so I replaced my fuel pump, fuel regulator , fuel filter , quick check line, all fuel lines inside tank and Efi fuel line. First call from the service rep was I have a bent a fuel line inside the tank and needed it to be replaced and fuel filter adjusted. I went Into the dealership he showed me and I approved the additional hour of labor to fix and replace it. He assured me that was it. Next call I needed to replace all the above parts that were brand new. He stated the tech said "Everything was totally clogged and everything inside the tank (which is brand new parts) ruined". I told him to fix the kinked line and adjust the filter and that's it. Then I get a call they fixed the line but the fuel PSI is low and I need new fuel injectors. I had enough and picked up the bike after paying $240 for nothing. I took the bike to another mechanic explained what AV Harley said. Day later I came by his shop he showed me the line was not fixed. It was still bent they never turned the filter to straighten out the line. He turned the filter, placed a new line and boom bike started. The bike idled high. It's never done that before. 2 days later he found that a pin was bent in the idle air control. That is only used to diagnose. It has never been opened or used. He fixed that as well and now the bike runs like new. Had I listened to AV Harley I would have replaced my fuel pump, fuel regulator , quick check line , fuel filter , fuel injectors costing well over $1,500-$2,000. Here are pics of the line that wasn't adjusted or replaced and error codes not consistent with every fuel company being clogged and bad injectors. read more

I wouldn't recommend the CMSP riding class for new bikers. The class starts late and ends late way after 10pm. The place is trashy with trash everywhere including sanitary napkins and no soap in the restroom. The port a pottys are cleaner and have soap. The instructors do not know how to play videos in zoom or they click on the slides really fast to get done quick. Buyer beware read more

We are regulars there. For about a year now. Even when we are not in the market we get the same wonderful treatment every time we go there. Tom, one of the sales personell is amazing! Well everyone is honestly. Dan from the parts department is caring and ALWAYS helpful plus beyond knowledgeable. Tom from sales always comes to say hi, even when he is super busy, we get treated like we are always welcome, cared for and a valued customer. They have a nice selection of new and used bikes and bend over backwards to make sure you get what you want. No sales pressure which is refreshing and just a wonderful store! I ended up buying a bike somewhere else, no hard feelings, nothing, they are just happy I found what I was looking for! We stopped in and had a nice visit at Lancaster Harley. We traveled to Arkansas stopping at so many Harley dealers on our vacation and today was one of our best times. We try to keep our business in our town. The sales person named Candy was the first sales person to get Tommy to sit on the CVO. She was friendly had a lot of knowledge and Tommy told her when it's time he definitely will come see her. The store had a boring feel and not up beat energy however Candy made us laugh and taught us a few things along with upbeat customer service. Great conversation and we talked financing and etc... So I show up for my appointment to get new handlebars, levers & grips put on my bike, an appointment that was made last week. I thought they told me $316.- turns out it's $360. They were going to only charge me for the labor of replacing the bars & parts for the grips & levers seeing the old grips & levers already had to come off. When I made the appointment I was told it would only be a few hours.....perfect, I'll walk up the street and have a long breakfast I get here and she tells me it's going to be here for most of the day. Well that's fucked.....I don't have anyone to pick me up or bring me back AND I AM NOT GOING TO WAIT AROUD ALL DAMN DAY WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WILL ONLY BE A FEW HRS......I TOOK THAT AS AROUND TWO HRS NOT ALL DAMN DAY!! read more

I had new tires installed. They were reasonably priced especially when your trip depended on it. Service was timely. Overall great place!

Antelope Valley Harley Davidson is a TOP-NOTCH dealership. I stopped in to look at a 2006 Dyna Street Bob. Tom in sales was very helpful and friendly. No hard sell. I really enjoyed the experience. They have 60 or so bikes on the floor to look at. I will deffinately be back! read more
