Rented us a cow on skates of a boat. Told us it was our fault and we didn't know what we were talking about. Refused to refund the cost of a boat pickup we didn't use from them. They actually blocked our phone number and we only got through by calling from another number. Crooked and dishonest. Avoid at all costs. read more

Purchased a ramp for my cottage dock delivery was on time quality of workmanship was poor cost of labour which I paid separately was extremely high. I had to call back due to the ramp boards falling apart wrong size of screws used . Repairman finally came after several phone calls. I would not recommend this Marina period. read more

Terrible experience. We bought a boat in March and was delivered in June. When we initially put the boat in the water it would not start. Mark from Anstruther was able to send a mechanic out the next day to take a look at what was wrong. The mechanic who apparently just started there asked me "did they say they water tested this?" to which I replied "yes". His response was "There is no way anyone tested this boat". So, this was clearly a bad start to our relationship with Anstruther. I then wrote Mark an email after we had the issue resolved and the boat was in working condition asking what he was going to do for us after clearly not ensuring the boat was in working condition which is incredibly dangerous and irresponsible. I then received an email from Mark saying he was disgusted by my email and that he went "above and beyond" to have a mechanic look at it the next day. If sending a mechanic out to fix a brand new boat is going above and beyond then I highly encourage anyone reading this to NEVER buy from Anstruther marina. Poor attitudes and clearly a lack of PDI on their boats, I wish I could give 0 stars. I will never do business with them again. Matt read more
