We met Deanna soon after and were immediately impressed by her greater Charlotte area knowledge. More so, we were extremely grateful when she offered to FaceTime us showing of homes while we were in NJ. Right from the get go, we had a great experience. Once we found the home we wanted to put an offer on, Deanna made the process seamless - she was very communicative, kept us updated each step of the way, and was always available for any questions we had. She also added several best practices / tips about the home buying process that likely saved us significant time and money. This was already the best experience we had ever had buying a home The week of our closing was perhaps the most stressful week of our life - and I don't know how we would've gotten through it without Deanna. The buyers of our NJ home kept delaying our closing, impacting our NC purchase. We had to jump through so many hoops in the final hours, and Deanna didn't flinch - she just kept coming through with critical advice and guidance. Worse still, just days before our closing, our 3 year old daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia, completely devastating our family. Beyond the health and family concerns, this further complicated the home buying process since I was unavailable for the majority of the week. Deanna went far above and beyond, personally offering to facilitate the NC buying process in ways I could've never imagined. She offered multiple visits to the home and even offered her own home as a place I could stay if I couldn't get a flight back home in time. My wife and I truly were brought to tears by her generosity and kindness in what was the most difficult time of our lives. I've bought and sold several homes over the past few years, and I know how critical it is to have an agent that you can trust, is reliable, and is knowledgeable. Deanna checks all these boxes and more. If you are looking to buy a home in the Charlotte are - please, please look no further. Give Deanna a call.
