I trim my own cuticles so there's nothing to trim. Then he painted my nails.... No massage, no cuticle oil, nothing. They were going to charge me $20 for a manicure when all he did was get my fingers wet and paint them with regular polish. When I told the front desk woman what happened, she called the dude over and tried to argue with me about it. I explained if he had done a manicure why was I back there for a total of 15 minutes and half of that was waiting for him? So I paid for the polish only and left. I'm a pretty good tipper usually as well, 50%-100%. They missed out. My niece got a full set, and the lady that did her nails didn't speak any english at all, and was rude as well. It's super disappointing when you want to pamper your self a little and get that kind of terrible service. Will be looking for recommendations for a place that does the service they say they are going to do and are not rude.

The massage, both regular and hot stone, was exactly what we didn't know we needed. Kevin's exfoliation skills? Top-tier. My legs and feet felt like they were floating afterward. The entire atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and we were even offered wine and beer while being pampered. It's those little extras that really make a difference. What really sealed it for me was the small yet meaningful gesture at the end: as I was admiring one of their beautiful pathos plants, the woman checking us out offered me a cutting. Before they started I asked them if they could do the nails I wanted, the owner said no but the lady next to him ( his sister, that didn't work there but was " helping him out " ) said yes, so I sat all of us down and while she was doing my nails she didn't know how to turn on the light, so she did it without it & was getting acrylic all over my fingers & was burning me with the drill, I told her about the shape and her burning my nails & she told me not to worry about it & that I needed to relax my hand & was blaming that on why she was cutting me and making me bleed. She was on her phone the whole time, talking to clients from her business( which is a hair salon ). She said that one of the nails were shorter then the rest and asked me If I'd want them to be even or just leave it with one shorter then the rest. It took her 2 hours to do my nails & the acrylic is on my skin & is tearing it. I could possibly get an infection because these pictures were taken a couple hours after I had gotten them done & now they look worse. They hurt so bad, I didn't even care that they were not what I had asked for. While the man was doing my mom and boyfriends toes, he had left for a whole hour then came back & did horrible on painting them.
