I was buying 2 bottles of wine that were marked $9.99 on the shelf and they rang up at $12.99 and I said I wouldn't pay that, they needed to honor the price on the shelf. Well, they had to get together and have a "discussion" about it and I was waiting. The lady got very rude with me, because she was trying to fix the problem instead of completing the sale and letting me go on my way. When I seemed impatient, she told me to "calm down" and I said I wasn't upset. But then I was upset, because of her attitude to me. She acted like I was treating HER badly, but HELLO I'm the customer! Then she said "I'm refusing service to you. I can do that, you know" Well, that is the LAST time I spend MY money there!!
