I am a 36 year old woman , I eat well, fresh organic foods as can be expected with a vegan diet, I exercise regularly and do not drink alcohol. I started seeing Annie in November of 2013. I had just had the worst year of my life. I lost my father in November of 2012, in March of 2013 I had 12" if my colon removed, got an infection and ended up with a colostomy bag. I Do Not Recommend Annie Osborn. At my second appointment, I told her that I was having heart palpitations. She did not address this problem and in fact sold me more of the same item GTA-Forte, in addition to Cortol Ace and cardioPMG, which contain bovine heart extract and adrenal gland bovine. The palpitations escalated in addition to my heart racing. I went to my medical doctor who took blood tests, checked blood pressure, did an EKG, etc. He told me to stop taking these three supplements because of the ingredients. I checked online and found that GTA-Forte is very strong and warned to lower or stop taking it if heart palpitations started. When I told her what happened she said that natural supplements don't have side effects only effects...I found this on one website: The appropriate dose of adrenal extract depends on several factors such as the user's age, health, and several other conditions. At this time there is not enough scientific information to determine an appropriate range of doses for adrenal extract. Keep in mind that natural products are not always necessarily safe and dosages can be important. She never gave me any information about the potential "effects" and when I did tell her of my palpitations, she did not respond responsibly and tell me to stop taking the supplements, which leads me to believe she is not fully educated about the products she uses and dispenses.
