My husband's grandmother lives in Mountain Home and we live in AZ. I didn't want to send flowers through FTD because you never know how they will look. Annette's flowers are not only reasonably priced, but also have always arrived looking perfect. I very much appreciate the delivery service too. Can wait to use this florist again soon! read more

I live in central Maine and a friend who lives in Mountain Home. I have ordered twice from Annetts Flowers and could not ask for better service. I know nothing about flowers but I tell them what I want and the occasion, and they know just what to make. The arraignments are fantastic. read more

Amazing staff! We came in from out of town for a funeral. We stopped in to get some flower arrangements for the luncheon and they nailed it. It's a little mom and pop flower shop and that is exactly how you feel when you're there. read more

An amazing customer service! I called for a flower delivery and they were so kind and helpful. Not too expensive either! Definitely recommended! read more

We recently lost our father and we live several hundred miles away and we had little time to make the trip. Before we left I looked and found Annette online and it was local, I said I need these kinds of flowers and I'm on a limited budget will this be enough. I was worried not seeing them before the funeral but there was nothing we could do. We arrived at the funeral and went in and they were big and beautiful, and it made us feel relieved. I have to give a shout out and say thank you so much for doing such a beautiful job. Gets your flowers at Annettes read more

I ordered online for same day delivery. The arrangement was delivered within two hours of the time I placed the order. Total cost of the arrangement, tax, and delivery charge was over $80. The roses and ivy were substituted with carnations, baby's breath, and fern. There is a disclaimer when checking out that substitutions may be made of equal value. I was happy with the ease of purchase and speed of service, but disappointed with the substitution of cheaper materials. I wish I had not upgraded the arrangement to deluxe. read more

Recently my aunt died and being out of state, I ordered a plant and had it delivered to the funeral home. The picture of the plant I ordered showed a much larger plant with a flowering plant in the center. I paid over $80 for this plant. When my cousin sent a picture of the plant, it was smaller than pictured and it had no flowering plant in it. I was very disappointed at the product received versus the money spent. read more

We recently ordered a spray for my mother's grave. We went into the store & personally picked it out. The one we chose was full of flowers & the one that we got had 9 roses & 14 carnations. It was mostly greenery! I've ordered flowers from them before & was always happy with what arrived, but this was ridiculous. We paid $120.00 for 23 flowers. I will never use them again. read more

We get my mother-n-law and her family flowers from here all the time. Every one raves about their arrangements...

I've ordered from here several times this past year but, after today NEVER again. I spoke to the owner this morning and asked some questions about my last order and pointed out that her husband had to "make sure" they had everything to fill my previous order, while I was on the phone. The flowers delivered were not even close to the arrangement on their website. She was quick to say that if you're looking at the website, "down at the bottom of the page it says that substitutions can be made without notification". I scrolled to the bottom of the page (annetteflowers.com) and no such statement is made, not to mention what was the point of her husband checking to see if they had the flowers while I was on the phone if they were just going to substitute them anyway? I then asked what the delivery charge was for, it varies...anywhere from $8-15 and they can't tell you exactly what it will be until your order is placed because "the computer" does it. She started laughing as she described, "well, we have to pay for the van and time away and then there's fuel costs". Now I expected this to be the reasoning, you know the "COB" but, I didn't expect to be laughed at sarcastically as she answered a potential customers question, which seemed, condescending and flat out rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she was tired and didn't want to answer any questions, maybe she was just being defensive. Who knows. Good product even though they'll take your money and substitute your actual order, crappy customer service, unless you're willing to forego service with a smile to substitute it with sarcastic laughter. read more

My Dad waited all day for my Mom's 80th birthday roses to be delivered. We even called before noon to check on delivery time and was told early to mid-afternoon. At 4:00pm we called to find the delivery person had already left without them which resulted in us personally driving in to pick them up. Although the shop gave a discounted rate as an afterthought, her birthday passed without the enjoyment of the roses my father so tenderly planned on her enjoying on this special day. I would not encouraging anyone planning a special event to depend on this business to come through for them. read more
