We did not have this number and this was the first time we have ever been asked this. We have been using this store for about 6 years and have had multiple parts for this same mower. We went a head, drove the 40 min back to our home, I called up the store, was on hold for over 10 min before someone answered. We drove the 40 mins back to the store cause we got told they had 3. We get there, wait around for 20 min cause they couldn't find the part I got told they had. They gave us another part that was supposed to fit our mower and cost more. They did give us a discount on the part. We get up the road and open the box to notice there was something wrong with the part. We drive back to the store and the manager explained what was going on with the part to my husband. My husband (extreamly irritated at this point) went a head back out to the car while I wait for yet another part for this piece I just bought. While I was waiting, the first guy that wanted the modle number looked at me and asked "are you the one that turned me in?" Cunfused I said "I have no idea what your talking about" with a big grin he replied "it's OK, it's alright, the name is Bart. You'll get yours" I was speechless. I have never delt with this guy the entire time I've went to this place and now he's throwing threats at me. I was in disbelief. After that i did call the manager and turned him in for his threat. The manager seemed frustrated about the situation yet seemed like it was not gonna be taken care of. I dont know if i feel safe using this place any longer just knowingly this guy can look up my information and cause more issues outside of the area​
