If you don't live in Vienna ( like me) you can send whatever you need fixed or repaired via DHL or FedEx and they will return it to you the same way. The shop is located in the city's historical center and still has it's old time charm, they exhibit their most famous pieces on the windows to which eager tourists always come around to snap pictures and admire the famous diamond stars Sisi used to wear on her hair. The staff is very courteous and professional, I completely recommend this place!
