Dr. Vanessa is absolutely amazing!!!!! Very kind and caring and up on the latest medicines for our Shiba Inu. Her bedside manner is fantastic and my dog was more calm and collected than any other vet we have visited in the last 13.5 years. Dr. Vanessa took the time to read my dogs lengthy chart numerous times before taking a course of action. The drive is a bit lengthy if you live south of Annandale, but the level of service and value you will receive is more than worth the effort to get there. read more

Dr. Sarah is a wonderful vet! She showed great compassion when our dog needed to be put to sleep and we have gone here ever since.

My dog was ill , I took her in to Annandale Veterinary Clinic. They did an exam and after told me, They would need to order a test kit, because They did not have in stock. Dr. Venessa Aschewitz told me, my dog would be fine to wait until necessary the testing arrived. 1week had goes by I called concerned my dog seemed to be getting worse. They attitude to my concerned was like I was bothering them. 2days after my dog became very ill and died. The hardest think is that If they had treated her right way or referred me to another vet , she would be fine. If I could I would give them NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!! read more

The woman on the phone was extremely aggressive and berated my mother for asking if we were allowed in the room with our family dog of 16 years while she was being put down. My mom was literally in tears and the woman wouldn't stop so she had to hang up on her. We've been going to this vet for years but we will certainly never be going back after that treatment. Next time, a simple, "sorry but no" would be more than fine. read more

I was a loyal client for several years, but after realizing they failed to give my dogs a bordetella shot at our routine appointment until we were headed for a vacation, and being told they "couldn't fit me in". My mom and I have been bringing my chiweenie Oliver to this clinic for years. We recently got a new puppy Ozzie and have brought him in as well. We've always received the correct diagnosis from Dr. Larson and great customer service from the phones people. But most importantly, this place has GREAT PRICES and doesn't rip you off like other vet clinics. There's other vet clinics closer to home, but it's cheaper for us to make the drive. I will never bring any of our animals to this facility again. I will not refer any of my friends or relatives. Dr. Larson should have known that our pug, Maggie, was having an allergic reaction to the shots he gave her last Wednesday. She threw up not once, but six times in his office. The same thing happened to a dog at the Buffalo Vet Clinic and they immediately rushed her back and administered medication. Dr. Larson told my daughter, after she asked if Maggie was okay, that she would be fine and it is normal. It most certainly was NOT normal and now our precious one-year-old pug is gone. She died two hours after her shots. We are devastated and grieving. He should have known. read more
