Working with Chad Swinford Photography was an absolute win for me as a marketing agency owner…read more I hired him to handle brand photography and b-roll for Limitless Woodworking during a tight launch window. Even with a compressed timeline, he took the time to understand the heart behind the brand and what we were trying to communicate. He understood the assignment and delivered. From the first conversation through post-production, the experience felt intentional and white-glove. I'm very type-A and strategic by nature, and Chad balanced that beautifully with his creative perspective. He never made the process feel rushed or stressful, and my clients genuinely enjoyed working with him. It's rare to find someone who cares equally about the final product and the client experience. Chad does both exceptionally well. He captured the images and behind-the-scenes woodshop footage we needed to tell their story and connect with their audience. Getting clients comfortable on camera is not always easy, but he created an environment that made it feel natural and effortless. If you are looking for a photographer or videographer who combines professionalism, creativity, and care, I highly recommend Chad Swinford Photography.

Came back to update this review because Stacy is worth the time to do so for!…read more Booking Stacy as our engagement/wedding photographer several years ago was one of the best decisions I made with regards to our wedding. Not only was she professional, skilled, and friendly, but she helped this bridal dunce navigate wedding planning and "day of" flow. She was amazing with helping us pose and also kept us laughing the entire time, making it way less awkward! We received our photos back while on our honeymoon, so fast, and they are BEAUTIFUL. I have booked Stacy several times since our wedding for various photos including headshots, family porch photos, and dog photos. I could not recommend her enough (and I do, frequently, and friends say the same thing I did: she's amazing!) Recently she came to my neighborhood and did COVID Porch pictures of families to document this time in our lives. She only charged us b/c I made her do so- (and even with my pushing, she was very inexpensive for the short sessions she did)- she does photography for her love of people and her love of the art.

One of the best decisions we made was finding Stacy and hiring her. We are SO grateful for her work, it made our makeshift elopement real and you will not believe how great the pics turned out. Stacy was recommended to us by a neighbor who knew she did wedding photography and I had not seen her work before but since we desperately wanted someone to photograph our wedding and she was willing to come, wear a mask and maintain a distance so we hired her. OH MY GOD WE ARE SO LUCKY. THESE PICTURES BELONG IN A MAGAZINE. I am not just saying this, she is so good. I have had pictures taken professionally before and it is so awkward, I normally feel so uncomfortable, hate the way I look, my poses, etc. The pictures she captured were flawless. Stacy was professional, prompt, helpful, and boy is she talented - just the best experience possible. It was beyond our expectations. People are still contacting me months after to tell me how great our photos look - like, friends of friends and beyond. People we don't even know are contacting me about these pictures. Hire Stacy! If you are looking at this and would like to talk to me, please ask Stacy for my contact information so I can answer any of your questions, I am happy to connect and give a glowing recommendation. This was the best part about our wedding.

We hired Tessa for our wedding after seeing her work from afar for many years. While I knew that Tessa was an amazing photographer and editor, I was completely blown away by her talent in person. Tessa is a freaking BOSS. She completely ran the show, took charge, and made our wedding day perfectly seamless. She worked so well with our videographer too. My entire bridal party is STILL raving about how great she was on our wedding day. More than just being professional, timely, and efficient, Tessa was so much fun to have around. Our bridal party was quite large and rowdy, but she handled us with such ease. She laughed with us and even cried with us. Tessa honestly felt like one of my bridesmaids. I have no idea when Tessa captured half the pictures she got. She was incognito for most of the ceremony and reception, sneaking around to get the best angles and the little details of the day. She was extremely respectful of our church's rules and still managed to capture the most beautiful and essential photos. She really goes above and beyond. On top of all of this, working with Tessa before and after that day was amazing too. The morning after our wedding, Tessa sent us 113 PREVIEW PICS. I was only expecting 5. Talk about going above and beyond... And then she was finished with all of our wedding pics within 3 weeks which allowed us to not come off our wedding high for a very long time. She also traveled to Chicago from Indianapolis for our engagement shoot on pretty short notice and was super flexible in rescheduling our shoot due to weather. If you do one thing to make sure you have the best wedding day, you need to hire Tessa. You won't regret it.

They made my issues seem insignificant, my worries seem trivial, my obnoxious need to ask constant questions seem an opportunity. And... they were genuine. Also, did I mention competent? Esther knew what was going to turn out well, what wasn't, and she wasn't afraid to use Gigs and gigs of memory on my photos.
