As good as it gets!"…read more Here's the deal, I have now been in both the large arena, all their offices in that barn and the horse stalls in the back, it's pretty fabulous over there. They also have the "big ass fans" (trade name) that keep it nice and cool. If you can be cool in a barn in Uvalde Texas in August, I'd call that a good day. Their announcer's stand is nice. I heard some people say that their technique for breaking up the ground needs some work because they go from bull-ridings to boxing matches and then all out horse shows, but I know they will improve with time. The venue that is attached to their extension office is HUGE and it can be kept pretty darn cold. Bathroom facilities are great. The kitchen was huge and was great for a conference that we recently had there. I think if I lived in the area I would be booking this place for anything and everything. Ladies- note there is a gravel parking lot so if you're wearing heels, be prepared. LOVE IT!!!

[The front office did provide water jugs.] The water did stay on for more than 1 hour, only issue is the water pressure will go down a little bit. The cabin my family and I stayed at is "Lone-star". It is an amazing cabin, very big on the inside. Very clean, and organized. Every room in the house was perfect. I would say it fits 13people in there, but everybody had their own bed, and shower. There is no wifi which is not good, since they offer cable tv so it should've came with it in my opinion. Our neighbors were very friendly, great place! Overall we had the best time and loved the cabin... might go back this coming weekend again
