The studio was a decent size and clean. I was there for quite some time. It was not a quick process compared to the first newborn session. I had with my eldest daughter. I was told I would be receiving the photos within 30 days. I never received the photos. I do quite a bit of modeling, and our family is decently known. Looking for a Newborn Photographer and the Los Angeles area, I was actually referred to by a friend. With all of the modeling and family photographers I've worked with I've never experienced this type of delay in response or demeanor in a business owner. I contacted Kristine on multiple occasions (4) as shown through text and email. When I finally suggested today, I will need to reach out to my attorney ( not because of the money but because I wanted the photos, this is a memory that most all parents want) she finally replied. Her demeanor was completely unbecoming and truly filthy. She sent me screenshots that somehow showed my email. I'm not sure if it was a login screen or a contact screen but she had said I saw the photos in September, which I had not. I have absolutely no reason to argue with a struggling business owner. I was just reaching out to get the photos I needed after the fifth time contacting her for a service I paid for. She blatantly called me a liar in these messages. All I wanted was my photos that I had paid for and help accessing whatever it was that a lot of me the opportunity to see them . I would not let my children around this woman, or even refer anybody to her ever again. That aura is absolutely filthy to have a newborn around.. and you might not get your pictures for eight months! She should have been more professional and apologetic, rather than antagonizing. I will be contacting most all outlets and using my social media platform as well as others. This is a very fragile time for mothers/ families behavior, and the text after you read is not something that any newborn mother would want to tolerate.

For our actual wedding day, she was really good at listening to the things that were important to me completely- while also adding in her own expertise which created the perfect photo experience. My husband and I were getting married in October and knew we needed to find a photographer. Since…read morewe had a tight budget, we looked for quality at a decent price. It's shocking how expensive photographers can be! We found Magic Wedding Photography at the Bridal Expo and after some research (thanks yelp!) we contacted Elena. After a brief meeting, we initially selected the Budget package for 6 hours. She also threw in our engagement photo session for free. As our wedding day approached, we realized we wanted to do First Looks and after we talked with Elena about it, she advised that we hire a second photographer for at least an hour to make sure we get both reactions simultaneously. Of course, once we agreed to that, we wondered why not have them there for another hour to have another professional capture our ceremony? And then once that was decided, Elena cut us a deal to just have the second photographer there for the whole event. On the day of the wedding, Elena and her 2nd (Paola) arrive perfectly on time. They integrated themselves perfectly, capturing moments on each of our sides as we prepared. As the day/night went on they were wonderful. We were incredibly happy to have Paola with us as she provided helpful staging tips and poses to get some amazing photos. It took about two weeks to get the links for the proofs (not full quality but still good enough for creating Thank You cards and sharing a few on Facebook) and another week or so before we got the full resolution photos via USB by mail. We have so many favorites and are finding it incredibly hard to choose the 50 we need for the album we get with our package. Thankfully we have a full year to do so! We are so happy we found Elena and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great photographer at a reasonable price.

I honestly had no idea what to expect when working with a professional photographer but her service was exceptional. She's super friendly, easy-going, efficient, and communicative. Everything went unbelievably smoothly. We had Elyana for 2 hours during our elopement and she made it so fun and easy to be in front of a camera. She provided a lot of much-needed direction and our session went by so quickly and smoothly. She even helped grab my veil when I forgot it in my suite! I came across Elyana searching for a photographer in Pasadena where my husband and I were thinking…read moreof doing a court house wedding. Since it would be something very small and intimated there was no need to plan it with months or years in advance. I contacted Elyana a month prior to our wedding date which is when my husband and I started planning everything. Elyana was quick to respond and since it would be on a Thursday she was luckily available. About a week after our call my husband and I had a change of plans and we no longer wanted to get married in Pasadena. I came across San Juan Capistrano Mission and I immediately knew that would be the place I wanted to elope. However, after doing some research I found out that you cannot elope inside, it's only available for photography session. Regardless, that was the place I wanted my pictures in. I came up with a plan to get married at a courthouse not too far from there and then have Elyana take the pictures there. I explain to her the change of plans and she was quickly onboard. I always had a vision of how I would want our pictures to turn out. This was very important to us since we were not having a wedding and the pictures would be one of the biggest memories aside from having our close family and friends at the courthouse witnessing our union. I had briefly explain to Elyana in the very beginning that I wanted a chic vibe (I didn't know at that time but later I found out the style I liked was a bit more editorial). I sent one single picture to Elyana about a week before just to give her an idea of what I envisioned. AND SHE FLAWLESSLY DELIVERED. My husband and I are SO extremely happy with the pictures.
