They sent me a photo of a busted rim which we reserved google image searched and found that it had been pulled off a reddit chain.... The fact that they never bothered to reach out to me when they "got a flat tire", combined with lying about the delay and taking a photo off the internet to send as proof of the incident shows not only a lack of professionalism, but also that they are scam artists.
