Long story short i spoke with Carly up front about doing a payment plan for the $1400 , paying $200 every 2weeks. in my opinion that's a lot especially with how the economy is & that would've left my family with no extra until next pay day but my husband and i were willing to do that for a short time until my treatment was over because i needed it. Carly said No & wanted me to pay my $60 copay that day, even though i explained to her we had no extra since we just got back from our family situation. She said they would not see me unless i paid, when i was supposed to be going 3x a week. they would only see me that day for $60 and in 2 weeks when i had the $200 to give them. Carly was not the original lady i spoke with regarding billing, i guess she had quit then carly took over billing i'm not sure . but the original lady had told me we could do a payment plan if ever needed. Now i have to find another practice who gives a $hit about their patients and is understanding. i've never ever missed a payment with them, id understand if i had & missed or been a horrible patient & they weren't willing to work with me, but that was not the case.
