When I purchased the service, I was told the business was in Chino Hills, which is closer to where I live. When I made my appointment, I was told it was in Rowland Heights!! This was an hour drive for me. Something told me not to go, but I really wanted to get the service. When I arrived, they refused to perform the service at the price I had already prepaid. I am furious and have reported them to the BBB.

I believe this location only dispenses meds, not sure. Anyways i made an appt. For the same day I think they take walk-ins also. The girls are really nice, no one else was there but me. I get weighed, measure my BMI, next step is a consulation as to what exacts foods to stay away from and which foods are ok. Then they switch off and the doctor comes in, he is very nice. Asks me medical questions and writes out a pill cocktail. I am then escorted to another room for my B-12 shot, the young hispanic girl was friendly and we make small talk, she says she doesnt recognize me and asks if im new. I said yes this is my first visit. She replies that her regular patients have been coming for years! Wow they must be rich! I then wait outside for the girl to dispense my meds. They go over everything! Which is great but lots of pills to remember. Im giving them 4 stars for helping me lose 5 lbs in 2weeks. I dont think I can afford to keep going. Its too expensive for me $5O/week is just too crazy. ----------- FYI if u decide to visit make sure u ask for the correct B12 dosage. Theres some miscommunication between the staff.
