This particular Ann Summers at Lakeside has quite a good range products and I shop here fairly regularly and had no problems. However, yesterday I visited this store and didn't have a very good customer experience. I picked up two bras which were labelled as '2 bras for £30' and thought they looked really nice so went to try them on. The changing rooms were not staffed so unsure if I wait for someone to show me in or not I just headed in anyway. The changing room cubicle was pretty grubby and looked as though it hasn't been hoovered this year. I went to the till to buy the bras but the lady serving me said that the total was £48. After querying the "2 for £30" sign, she was very unhelpful and her attitude stank, she just told me that one of the bras weren't included in the promotion. I told her in that case then they had better remove the sign advertising the promotion from the section to which it doesn't apply as it was misleading. Thankfully she removed the sign. Aside from this incident which left me in a bit of a mood, I haven't anything else to grumble about. As a whole, it's a good store but for anyone looking for nice underwear at a reasonable price should try boux avenue too.

The shop looks fantastic inside with zebra skin effect carpets and very pink walls. The changing rooms are great they also have huge zebra skin effect chairs, and fluffy pink carpets. A great size changing room too, with a lock on the door so nobody can walk in on you getting changed.

They have a relatively large tall section and all their jeans and trousers come in several lengths which makes it much easier to find something that fits properly. The quality of the clothes is not as good as many other high street stores and the prices reflect this. Whenever I have purchased jeans from here, I have always had a problem with the zip coming down and many of the tops are too small in the shoulder areas.

The changing rooms are a nice size, with plenty of room to move around. The rooms are always manned and if you need another size you can ring the buzzer and somebody comes straight away to asssist. The store is nicely set up and well presented, which makes it easy to find to find what your looking for. My sister bought most of her maternity clothing from Dorothy Perkins and really rated the quality. You can find Dorothy Perkins right by the food court.

TK Maxx is one of those shops where you go in needing nothing and come out hold loads of things you really needed. On the ground floor is ladies clothes, handbags and purses, all shoes, kids clothes, toys, toiletries and seasonal stuff. Upstairs is mens clothes, home ware, books, towels and luggage. To get upstairs you have a choice of lift or stairs. You will find loads of big names and some you have never heard of. I never expect to find great bargains but you will find stuff below the normal price and the choice is amazing where else could you go to find an orange frying pan? There is no toilet at the retail park except for the one in Pizza Hut and I do not like to go in there just to use the loo and they are not always open.

Its a large store with toys and womenswear on the ground floor and menswear and homeware upstairs. This store always seems to be in a mess when i go in there, items laying on the floor covered in dust. I rarely buy clothing from here as i still find the prices are quite expensive! But you can pick up some fantatsic cheap toys in there.
