I am completely disgusted by the mistreatment from Dr. Schiller's "nurse", who is resentful, angry,…read morerushed and unsympathetic. Besides this, she has the listening skills of a squirrel with ADD. It's mind blowing to think this woman made it through any type of nursing school, and beyond that, somehow secured herself recommendations for her horrific attitude. I come from a family of doctors and nurses, and cannot rectify how this woman has a job in the medical community. I would steer clear of this doctor's office until they rid themselves of the negative energy whirling around the office like a hateful tornado. If you want to feel safe and comfortable explaining your issues and feeling that they will do what they can to help you, this environment is the wrong one. If you like being treated like a young school boy who has caused affliction and needs reprimanding, this is your place. By the way, the women at the front desk are beyond kind and Dr. Schiller is interesting, but listens and tries to help as best he can. I would avoid Schiller's nurse at literally all costs.

I just received a "farewell" notification email from Aspen Medical Care. I've noticed that they are…read morebecoming part of another medical practice in the Aspen area. I wanted to relate my experience from over 2 years ago with the practice, and offer my sincere thank you to the medical professionals that I encountered. In January of 2024, I spent the week skiing with friends. Even at the age of 72, I'm normally acclimated to the altitude within a day or two. However, that year, I found myself out of breath after just a few pitches. I thought I had some type of chest congestion, and made an appointment at Aspen Medical Care. I don't recall the name of the physician who treated me, but almost immediately, after listening to my heart, she decided to hook me up for a quick EKG. She determined that I had A-fib, immediately put me on a blood thinner, and suggested to see a cardiologist as soon as I returned home. Bottom line, after a cardioversion that didn't work, and an ablation that did, I have been A-fib free since then. I attribute my health to that wonderful doctor who treated me that day.

I have used All Valley for many years and had 2 of my children with their services. They have been…read morenothing but amazing and providing top-notch service every single time I have had an appointment, and I have had many. From the staff, to the midwives to the doctors, everyone I have encountered were friendly and helpful. Good quality service always tends to be priced above the norm and that is everywhere especially in the medical field. They also donate their services once a week to low income women for women's health and prenatal care. I always recommend family and friends here and will continue to do so.

I was given an appointment 6 weeks out as it was the earliest they had available. I get there, fill…read morein some paperwork, and they tell me they are not contracted with my insurance. I pay the $405 with my credit card. I go in, and the doctor is in and out in less than 10 minutes even though I hadn't had an annual in 3 years. For $405, ten minutes. That's $2,450/hr. Weeks go by and they don't call about my results. I had to call them to find out. I then try to file a claim with my insurance, because I know they do cover and are part of Aetna, and they tell me I can't because the clinic already filed one, so now I had to liaise with the clinic for a reimbursement because they were going to pay them directly. Finally, I get hit with a $300 lab bill, that I was told was included in my $405 for a grand total of $705. FOR AN 8 MIN WOMEN'S ANNUAL- no additional tests or issues, just your usual yearly exam. Luckily I am healthy and everything was normal. Can't imagine what someone who actually had something going on would pay. You and your pocket are better off going somewhere down valley. I sure will next time.

I called Dr. Fahy's office at 2:40 on a Thursday and we were seen at 3:45. By 4:20 I had already picked up his antibiotic from Citi Market. You tell me where else in the U.S. you'll get that type of service? We had no prior relationship with the office and Dr. Fahy made it a priority to see our son immediately. Thank you Dr. Fahy!

We visited Aspen from out of town where my daughter started showing flu symptoms. We were charged $600 for this appointment, to only later find out that she did indeed have the flu.
