Prior to contacting New Penn Financial for a VA loan, I had been given the run-around by several…read moremortgage companies (4), too include BOA. Albeit I submitted all requested paperwork/documents in a timely manner, It seemed as though any action that I took to satisfy their request was never enough or acceptable. I started my attempt to refinance in May 1016. From the aforementioned dated to December 2016, nothing was finalized with any of those companies. Since no positive action had been taken from May 2016 to October 2016 by the other companies I became frustrated and decided to just give up. However, I decided to give it one more try. In October 2016, I contacted New Penn Financial or they contacted me. Either way, the contact was the cure to my ills. At first, after a few questions by my loan officer, Andrew Tyler, which was the same type questions asked by the others, I was convinced I was going on another fruitless ride. It was apparent to me that Mr. Tyler sensed the uncertainty in me. He asked me to give him sixty day and he would have all the necessary paperwork done. Sure he will, I said to myself and was about to give up. After a few days, it became obvious to me that Mr. Tyler planned to live up to his prediction. To make a long story short, I refinanced my home and all the necessary paperwork was completed on December 22, 2016. These comments are not intended to disprove other negative comments by other, but to attest to how I was treated and from my experience, I would highly recommend NEW PENN FINANCIAL to anyone interested in any matters relating to mortgages.
